We here at CCC are very excited to announce that we have just added on a new coating to our line up.  We call hit HydroGraphix, (aka: camo-dipping, Hydrographics, Hydro Ink Printing, H20 Ink Transfer ect...)

The process can be used on Metal, Plastic, Glass, Hard woods, and various other materials.  In the process, the substrate piece to be printed is pre-treated, and a base coat is applied.  A special film that has an image printed on it, is sat in a vat of water where it floats. An activator chemical is sprayed on the image which turns it into a liquid and activates the bonding agent. The part is them dipped in the water, through the ink which wraps it self around the part and adheres to it. The part is then dried and clear coated for a lasting protection.
